Weekly Diary: 10th October-16th October

Monday: Raspberry and Apple Alpen, Apple, 1xegg with asparagus, salami and BabyBel light, spicy chicken salad.

Tuesday: 2x 50/50 toast with lurpak light, Apple, Hummus with veg sticks and wheat crackers, spicy chicken salad

Wednesday: Raspberry and Apple Alpen, Apple, 1xegg with asparagus, salami and BabyBel light, Hummus with veg sticks

Thursday: Raspberry and Apple Alpen, Apple, tuna salad, chicken pie with peas and gravy

Friday: Raspberry and Apple Alpen, Apple, 1xegg with asparagus, salami and BabyBel light, Fillet steak with garlic vegetables

Saturday: 1xegg and bacon sandwich, party food at LMS, 4 x gin and slim

Sunday: wait and see…

Everyday I will also be having 1/2 pint of skimmed milk with banana powder as I do not get enough calcium.
